NV Casino Bonus Terms and Conditions
Latest change: September 19, 2026
A bonus does not become withdrawable cash when it appears in an account. It remains subject to the conditions attached to the offer, including its validity period, wagering target, permitted games, stake ceiling and any limit on the amount that can be transferred or withdrawn. These Bonus Terms apply alongside the individual description of each promotion. If an offer includes a more specific rule, that rule applies to the relevant bonus.
Players should read the offer details before activating a promotion or using any bonus funds.
Bonus Availability Is Account-Specific
The promotions available to a player are the offers displayed in that player’s profile. Availability can differ according to country of residence and other eligibility criteria. An offer may also be announced by email, SMS or another communication channel, but a message does not override the eligibility shown in the account.
A bonus that was not intended for the recipient must not be used. If an ineligible promotion is credited or claimed, NV Casino may remove both the bonus and any winnings produced from it. The absence of an offer from the profile means that the player cannot rely on the availability of the same promotion to another customer.
Real Funds and Bonus Funds Remain Separate
Every player account contains a real-money balance and a bonus balance. Promotional credit is placed in the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until its wagering requirement has been completed. The required turnover and any offer-specific restrictions are shown in the conditions for that promotion.
Real money is used first when a stake is placed. Bonus funds begin to finance play only after the real balance has fallen to zero. If a single stake draws from both balances, the resulting return is divided in proportion to the amount supplied by each balance. Winnings generated by the bonus-funded part of a stake remain in the bonus balance.
Stake Limits Apply Until Wagering Is Complete
An active wagering requirement places a ceiling on each stake. Feature purchases, including a slot’s “buy feature” function, count as a spin and are subject to the casino limit. A gamble or doubling feature attached to a game round is also included.
| Bonus use | Maximum permitted stake |
| Casino bonus play | €5 per spin or game round |
| Sports betting bonus play | €50 per bet |
The limit applies throughout the wagering period, not only to winning bets. Exceeding it at any point may result in cancellation of the player’s real and bonus balances, forfeiture of winnings connected with the affected play and closure of the account. NV Casino determines the appropriate action after reviewing the violation.
Opposing Outcomes Cannot Be Covered
While a bonus is active, a player must not bet on more than one outcome in the same market for the same event. Covering several outcomes reduces genuine betting risk and is treated as promotional abuse. A breach may cause the bonus and all winnings derived from it to be cancelled.
Further measures may include lower betting limits, restrictions on the types of bets available or complete account blocking. The restriction applies even where the bets are submitted separately or their settlement occurs at different times.
Each Active Promotion Is Wagered Separately
Holding several promotions at the same time does not combine their wagering targets. Each bonus must be selected and completed on its own. Progress can be checked in the player profile or through the sidebar visible during play, where the player may also switch between active offers.
Unless the individual promotion states another period, bonus credit and gift spins remain available for five days. Anything not wagered within that window expires automatically. Players should therefore check which offer is selected before placing a bet and should not assume that activity recorded against one promotion will advance another.
A Withdrawal Ends Unfinished Bonus Benefits
A player may ask to withdraw deposited money before completing an active wagering requirement. The request does not preserve the associated promotional benefits. Submitting it forfeits active cash bonuses, free spins, Wheel of Fortune spins and loyalty-point multipliers.
This rule matters even when the requested withdrawal consists only of deposited funds. Before confirming the request, the player should review the bonus balance and remaining wagering progress.
Replacement Free Spins for Unavailable Games
Game catalogues differ by region and some providers may be unavailable to a particular player. When promotional free spins cannot be used in the game originally assigned, they are transferred automatically to Coin Win: Hold The Spin by Gamzix. The replacement spin value is €0.20.
On rare occasions, the game may require one paid spin before the promotional spins become available. That activation step does not change the number of free spins awarded. Regional availability is determined through the account and game catalogue; a player cannot demand access to an unavailable provider solely because it was named in the original promotion.
No-Deposit Bonuses Have a Cashout Ceiling
Every no-deposit offer specifies the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from the winnings it produces. After the wagering requirement has been satisfied, any amount above that ceiling is removed when the player requests a withdrawal. The restriction is applied where the requested withdrawal, including the wagered no-deposit bonus, exceeds €500.
A deposit made after the no-deposit bonus was claimed increases the applicable cashout ceiling by the amount deposited. For example, if free spins produce €100 and the offer sets a €500 maximum, the initial ceiling remains €500. A later €100 deposit raises it to €600. The additional deposit does not cancel the original restriction; it only increases the limit by the deposited sum.
Once the qualifying withdrawal has been completed, the no-deposit cashout limitation ends. A player who wants subsequent winnings to be free of that ceiling must first withdraw the winnings generated from the wagered no-deposit offer and then make a new deposit. Anyone who has used a no-deposit promotion must also complete at least one deposit for identity-verification and anti-money-laundering checks.
How Games Contribute to Wagering
Eligible slot stakes normally contribute 100% of their value towards the wagering target. A €10 eligible slot stake therefore reduces the outstanding requirement by €10. The exceptions below either contribute at a reduced rate or do not count at all. Playing a prohibited title does not advance wagering and may breach the offer conditions.
Because provider catalogues and game names can be similar, players should verify the exact title and studio before starting a session. The contribution is based on the game used, not on whether the round wins or loses.
Slots With a 50% Contribution
Only half of each qualifying stake counts in the following games:
- all Gamomat slots except Fruit Rush;
- Big Bass Bonanza, Bigger Bass Bonanza, Big Bass Splash, Big Bass Mission Fishin’, Gates of Olympus, Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza 1000 and Sugar Rush 1000 by Pragmatic Play;
- Book of Dead, Dawn of Egypt, Doom of Dead, Fire Joker, Rich Wilde and the Shield of Athena, and Rise of Merlin by Play’n GO;
- Coin Win: Hold The Spin by Gamzix; and
- Hell Hot 100 and Joker Stoker by Endorphina.
For example, a €10 stake in one of these titles contributes €5. Big Bass – Hold & Spinner by Pragmatic Play follows a separate rate: only 15% of a stake counts, so a €10 wager contributes €1.50.
Providers Excluded From Bonus Wagering
Bonus wagering is prohibited across all games supplied by the following providers:
- Amatic, Amusnet (EGT), AlchemyGaming, All41, Belatra, Betsoft, Boomerang and CrazyTooth;
- CTInteractive, Ela Games, Foxium, GamingCorps, Gameburger, Gamevy, GGames, GoldenHero and GoldenRock;
- Hacksaw, High5, IndigoMagic, InOut, JFTW, Kalamba, Leander, Leap, Mancala and Mobilots;
- NeonValley, Netgame, NolimitCity, Nucleus, Pateplay, Playtech, PushGaming and RedTiger; and
- SpinPlay, Slingshot, Switch Studios, TaDaGaming, TrueLab, TurboGames and Wazdan.
The provider-wide exclusion applies even if a particular title is not separately named elsewhere in these Terms.
Game Categories That Never Qualify
Casino bonus wagering is not permitted in live or table games, including roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, game shows, money wheels, keno and craps. Instant-win and rapid-result formats are also excluded, including scratch cards, mines, plinko, dice, bingo and wheel games.
An excluded category remains prohibited even if the game is displayed near eligible slots in the same lobby. Interface placement, theme or provider labels do not change the underlying game type. When eligibility is unclear, the player should confirm the title before staking bonus money.
Promotional Play Must Carry Genuine Risk
Strategies designed principally to secure a predictable positive result or separate value from the risk attached to a bonus are prohibited. NV Casino may remove both balances and block a player where activity shows bonus abuse. Examples include:
- placing unusually large or deliberately timed bets and leaving them unsettled until after wagering is complete;
- using sportsbook selections with extremely low odds, including odds below 1.20, as part of a low-risk conversion strategy;
- leaving a large blackjack stake on the table and returning after the wagering target has been reached;
- building in-game value with bonus funds, exhausting the bonus, and later collecting that value during real-money play;
- exploiting a software defect or game malfunction; and
- postponing or storing game rounds, free spins or bonus features for later use with a different balance.
The examples are illustrative rather than exhaustive. Activity may be assessed as a connected pattern rather than as isolated bets.
One Bonus Allocation Per Player and Household
A promotion is limited to one player and may also be restricted by IP address, device, family, residential address, telephone number, payment card, electronic wallet and email address. The same restriction covers shared networks such as those at a workplace, university or public library.
If individual or coordinated abuse is suspected, NV Casino may remove the allocated bonus and related winnings, refuse or withdraw future offers, void the real-money balance, block access to the service or terminate the account immediately. These measures can apply when several accounts are controlled separately but share identifying, payment, residential or network information connected with the same promotional claim.
Default Rules for Other Cashier Bonuses
Where a dedicated cashier bonus or another promotion does not display different figures, the following standard conditions apply:
| Condition | Default rule |
| Maximum stake | €5 |
| Wagering requirement | 40× |
| Maximum amount transferable from the bonus | €50 |
The 40× requirement applies to the relevant bonus under the offer. The maximum transferable amount limits how much can move from the completed bonus into the real balance. Any specific terms shown with an offer take priority over these defaults for that promotion.
