NV Casino Terms and Conditions

Document version: 1.0
Latest change: September 19, 2026

These Terms govern access to NV Casino, the opening and use of a player account, deposits, withdrawals, bets, games and the payment functions made available through the website. They operate together with the Privacy Policy, the rules attached to individual games and promotions, and any bonus or special-offer conditions displayed at the time of participation. Together, they form the agreement between the player and the Company.

Using any part of the website or registering an account confirms that the player has read and accepted that agreement. A person who does not accept it must not register and must stop using the service. Where the Terms are available in more than one language, translations are provided for convenience; the English version controls if two versions differ.

Who Provides the Service

The source terms identify Nixxe B.V. and Kaurum Limited in connection with the operation of NV Casino. Kaurum Limited is registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 387933, with its principal place of business at Griva Digeni 1, Renanda Complex, Block 1, Flat/Office 11, Agios Tychonas 4532, Limassol, Cyprus. In this document, “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operating business identified on the website, while “player” and “you” refer to the registered account holder.

When These Terms May Change

Legal developments, commercial decisions, changes to the service or customer-support requirements may make an amendment necessary. The current wording and its effective date will be published on the website. A notice posted there informs players of the change, so account holders should review the page periodically.

A player who does not accept a revision may stop using the service and request account closure. Continued access after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised document. The Company may also change the website, its software, available services and the technical requirements needed to use them without prior notice.

Who May Register and Play

An account is available only to a natural person who is at least 18 years old and has also reached any higher gambling age imposed in the place where that person lives or accesses the service. Proof of age may be requested at any stage. If adequate evidence is not supplied, or there is reason to suspect that the requirement is not met, access may be suspended or refused and the account may be closed.

Before registering, each player must determine whether online gambling and related card use are lawful in the relevant jurisdiction. NV Casino does not provide personal legal advice or guarantee that the service is lawful in every location. The player must comply with applicable law, declare taxable winnings where required and pay any associated tax or charge.

Locations From Which Use Is Not Accepted

Registration, deposits and use of the service are not permitted from Afghanistan, American Samoa, Aruba, Australia, Belarus, Bonaire, Cyprus, Curaçao, the Czech Republic, North Korea, Ethiopia, Egypt, France, Great Britain, Guyana, Guam, Iraq, Iran, Italy, Israel, Malta, the Netherlands, Laos, Samoa, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Saba, Serbia, Singapore, Spain, Statia, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius, Myanmar, Syria, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, Kosovo, the United Kingdom, Uganda, the United States, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Yemen, Japan, Somalia, Libya, the Central African Republic, South Sudan and Haiti.

This list may be revised. A person located in a restricted jurisdiction must not create or use an account, even if technical access to the website appears possible.

Registration Creates a Personal Account

Betting and gaming require prior registration. The applicant must provide an email address, create a password and enter the personal information requested in the registration form, which may include a full name, date of birth and telephone number. Every entry must be truthful, complete and current. Changes must be added to the profile promptly.

Missing, false or outdated details can lead to a suspended registration, restricted access or account closure. Deposits made after inaccurate information has been supplied may be treated as invalid, and transactions or winnings connected with those deposits may be cancelled. Registration questions can be sent to [email protected].

One Player May Hold One Account

Only one main account is allowed. Any further registration belonging to the same player is treated as a duplicate. If a duplicate is found, the Company may close both the duplicate and the main account. The consequences can include:

A player who discovers that more than one account has been created must contact support immediately.

Politically Exposed Persons and Higher-Risk Profiles

After registration, a politically exposed person must disclose that status by email to [email protected]. This includes heads of state or government, ministers and their deputies or assistants, legislators, senior political-party officials, members of supreme or constitutional courts, senior audit-court or central-bank officials, ambassadors, chargés d’affaires, high-ranking military officers, senior officials of state-owned enterprises, and directors or board members of international organisations.

Such players may undergo enhanced checks. The same may apply to customers connected with sanctioned or otherwise higher-risk jurisdictions. Additional evidence can be required to establish where income or gambling funds originate.

Identity, Age and Source-of-Funds Checks

By using the account, a player confirms that the funds belong to that player, come from legitimate sources and correspond with payment instruments held in the same name. The Company may verify identity, age, location, contact details, payment ownership and financial background at any point. Checks may involve suitable third parties or official bodies. Withdrawals or other parts of the service can remain unavailable until the requested review is complete.

Information that is false, incomplete or misleading constitutes a breach and may result in immediate account termination. For unusually large deposits, the Company may conduct a source-of-funds review. Evidence may include occupation or salary information, bank statements and other documents that demonstrate the player can support the level of gambling activity recorded on the account.

Documents Must Be Genuine and Unaltered

Every identity document, selfie, bank record, payment confirmation and supporting image must show the original material fully and clearly. Editing, filters, background replacement, synthetic imagery, deepfakes, enhancement software or any other digital manipulation are prohibited. The Company may examine submitted files through technical, forensic and manual review.

Suspected alteration or fabrication is treated as a serious breach and potentially as fraud. Depending on the circumstances, verification may be refused or delayed, the account may be suspended or permanently closed, withdrawals may be cancelled, and winnings or promotional benefits may be voided. Funds obtained through a breach may be withheld, and the matter may be reported to a competent authority, payment provider or financial institution where the law requires it.

Consequences of Underage Use

If age cannot be confirmed, the account may be suspended. Where a player was below the applicable minimum age when gambling activity occurred:

  1. the account will be closed;
  2. transactions and stakes made during the underage period will be declared void;
  3. winnings accumulated during that period will be forfeited; and
  4. amounts already withdrawn may have to be repaid.

Deposits are not refundable where the player misrepresented age or other personal information, including by entering a false date of birth or incorrectly confirming eligibility during registration or use of the service.

Keeping Login Details Secure

Credentials are personal and must not be disclosed. The account holder is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for activity carried out through the account. Forgotten credentials can be recovered through the password-reminder option displayed with the login form.

Any suspected theft, unauthorised access or other security incident must be reported without delay. Evidence may be requested. The Company is not responsible for a loss resulting from another person’s use of the password, whether that use occurred with or without the account holder’s knowledge.

Depositing Money Into the Account

A cleared deposit is required before real-money betting or gaming. Cash is not accepted. Transactions may be processed by external payment providers or financial institutions, whose conditions also apply unless they conflict with these Terms. Money held in the casino balance is not a bank deposit: it earns no interest and is not protected, insured, guaranteed or sponsored by a banking compensation scheme.

Only the account holder may fund the account, using a payment account or card registered in the same name. Payments from friends, relatives or other third parties are prohibited. If third-party details are detected during a security review, the account may be blocked and related winnings forfeited. Bank charges incurred when money must be returned to its rightful owner are borne by the recipient.

The player must not initiate a chargeback or reverse an authorised payment to avoid an obligation. Stolen-card use, suspicious payments, attempted reversals and other fraudulent conduct may lead to account blocking, cancelled payouts and recovery action. The Company may refer relevant conduct to authorities or collection services. A positive balance may also be set off against an amount owed following an account duplication, settlement correction, cheating, collusion, fraud, criminal conduct or error.

Requesting and Receiving a Withdrawal

A withdrawal request may be made when the underlying deposits have cleared, the player profile is complete, at least one deposit has been made and all required identity checks have been passed. The withdrawal should use the same payment route as the deposit. Processing time can also depend on the provider; banks and other institutions may not handle transfers on weekends or public holidays.

For a request above approximately €875, identification must be completed by sending a copy or digital photograph of a passport or identity card. The passport series and number may be obscured, although further evidence can still be requested. If the account’s wagering turnover is less than twice the deposited amount, the Company may retain 20% of the withdrawal to cover payment costs.

Review Periods After Successful KYC

The following periods apply to Company approval and exclude weekends and public holidays:

Withdrawal amountNormal review windowLatest stated approval point
Up to €4995 minutes to 12 hours2 working days
€500–€4,9995 minutes to 48 hours5 working days
€5,000–€29,9995 minutes to 72 hours14 working days
€30,000–€74,9995 minutes to 120 hours30 working days

Monthly withdrawals above €75,000 are handled individually, require prior arrangement with the player’s dedicated manager and may be subject to further due-diligence checks. If the current request, account balance and lifetime withdrawals together are at least twenty times the player’s total deposits, withdrawals may be limited to €10,000 within any 30-day period.

Once the Company has approved a request, it is not responsible for later delays caused by a payment processor, bank or clearing system. An alternative withdrawal method or schedule may be agreed individually with the website administration.

One-Click Card Payments

Selecting the “Pay” control authorises the displayed transaction and makes the instruction irrevocable. The cardholder must be entitled to use the card, must have reached the applicable legal gambling age and remains responsible for the purchase amount together with any valid tax, fee or related expense. Future use of the payment function can be discontinued from the personal account or profile.

The payment provider executes the amount communicated by the website. It does not control the availability, quality, quantity, price or conditions of the gaming service and is not liable if the card issuer refuses authorisation or another card-processing issue occurs. A payment made through this function remains subject to these Terms and to the cardholder’s responsibility for lawful use.

Confirming Bets and Game Transactions

Before submitting a bet or game transaction, the player must check the stake and all other displayed details. Only funds already available in the account balance may be used. Transaction records can be reviewed in the Cashier area.

The Company may decline a transaction in full or in part. Submission alone does not mean that a bet or transaction has been accepted; acceptance occurs only when confirmation is issued. If no confirmation appears, the player should contact support rather than assume the instruction was completed. Responsibility for reviewing the bet details and understanding the applicable game or betting rules remains with the account holder.
